New York Public Schools is seeking an experienced ITAM Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of IT assets across 109 schools and 12 remote offices. The role includes asset intake, tagging, inventory tracking, vendor reconciliation, compliance, audits, and disposal processes aligned with ITSM strategy.
*Required Experience:*
* 3 years in IT Asset Management
* Asset lifecycle management & ITAM workflows
* Inventory tracking, compliance, and procurement coordination
* Bill processing & vendor file validation
* Tools: Oracle Fusion, Ivanti, Microsoft Intune, Google Admin, Apple School Manager
* Experience using management consoles (Intune, Google Admin, Apple School Manager)
*Interview Process:*
1st Round - MS Teams
2nd Round - Onsite in New York (Final)
