Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $18.00/hour

Screenplay Shirts is looking for an experienced, dependable Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Vineyard.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, working with both people and products, and taking ownership of their area. We're looking for someone interested in stable, long-term employment and becoming an important part of our team.

Previous shipping/receiving experience and forklift experience are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

Our Shipping & Receiving Coordinator helps keep products moving efficiently into and out of our production facility. Responsibilities include:

• Receive and verify incoming apparel and other products

• Enter received products accurately into our computer system

• Organize incoming orders for our production teams

• Load and unload deliveries

• Safely operate a forklift

• Prepare, package, and ship completed customer orders

• Create shipping labels and process outgoing shipments

• Keep the shipping and receiving areas clean and organized

• Manage our Will Call area and assist customers picking up orders

• Work closely with our production and office teams to keep orders moving accurately and on time

• Help identify and resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related experience

• Previous forklift experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software

• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to stand, bend, move, and lift throughout the workday

• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• A desire for long-term employment - we're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
