What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Support Staff position at Screaming Unicorn?
We are Screaming Unicorn! A chef owned, woman owned restaurant in the valley neighborhood of PVD.
We are approaching our busy season and are seeking experienced kitchen support staff. Duties include order taking, running food, light prep, dishes and line support.
The ideal candidate has
- Both BOH & FOH experience in a fast paced restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A sense of urgency.
- The ability to work independently and with a team.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and practices.
Starting schedule will be 1 - 3 days depending on business. Saturday lunches a must.
This is a tipped position. Employees receive a fair hourly wage plus tips. Tips are pooled between all hourly staff members on shift.
