Screaming Eagle is looking for a creative, organized, hands-on Events Coordinator who has a passion for planning beautiful events and memorable experiences.

Located in the scenic Missouri Ozarks, Screaming Eagle is a distinctive private luxury resort focused on exceptional hospitality, natural beauty, and extraordinary guest experiences. We are looking for someone who loves the actual work of event planning—from the first creative idea to the final finishing touches.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Events Coordinator, you’ll help create exceptional events and personalized experiences for our guests.

· Plan and coordinate private parties, celebrations, weddings, dinners, and special events.

· Work with guests and team members to bring creative visions to life.

· Coordinate flowers, decorations, table settings, lighting, entertainment, and other details.

· Arrange catering, menus, food and beverage service, and special requests.

· Research, select, schedule, and communicate with event vendors and entertainers.

· Manage event timelines, setup, guest arrivals, activities, and day-of logistics.

· Assist with guest itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and personalized experiences.

· Personally oversee event setup and ensure every detail meets high standards.

· Be present during events to keep everything running smoothly and solve unexpected issues.

· Help develop unique themes and celebrations guests will remember.

Who We’re Looking For

· Creative: Loves decorating, event themes, and unique ideas.

· Detail-oriented: Notices flowers, lighting, settings, timing, and finishing touches.

· Organized: Coordinates multiple vendors, schedules, and activities.

· Hands-on: Willing to assist with setup, decorating, and last-minute adjustments.

· Personable: Makes guests feel welcome and special.

· Resourceful: Finds solutions when plans change.

· Flexible: Available for event-related evenings and weekends as needed.

· Professional and discreet: Respects guest privacy and exceptional service.

Experience We’re Looking For

Relevant experience may include:

· Wedding planning or wedding coordination

· Private parties and special celebrations

· Event planning companies or venues

· Luxury hotels, resorts, or private clubs

· Catering and banquet coordination

· Upscale hospitality or private estate events

· Floral design, event styling, or décor

Wedding planners and experienced event coordinators are strongly encouraged to apply. We value creativity, organization, attention to detail, and proven hands-on experience more than a management title. You do not need to have been a director or managed a large department.
