We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shower Glass Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality glass shower enclosures, mirrors and toilet partitions, ensuring precise measurements, secure fittings, and a polished finish. Duties
- Measure bathroom spaces accurately using measurement tools to ensure proper fit of glass panels and fixtures
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation procedures
- Install glass shower enclosures, including framing, trim carpentry, and fixture mounting with precision and care
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and secure glass panels and supporting structures
- Perform construction estimating tasks to determine material needs and project timelines
- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure water-tight installations and prevent leaks
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving cabinetry, door hanging, metal stud framing, and fixture installation
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on glass installation or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling
- Skilled in reading construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects
- Familiarity with fabrication processes involving glass or metal components in manufacturing or construction environments
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and heavy lifting equipment
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality control measures specific to bathroom renovations and glass installation
- Previous handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and schematics related to fixture mounting and framing
