We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Bathroom/Shower Installer at Just Got 2 Have It! In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks primarily related to bathroom and shower installation services. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of modern bathroom and shower systems, demonstrates exceptional technical and problem-solving skills, and maintains strong commitment towards providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of bathroom fixtures and equipment, which include bathtubs, showerheads, faucets, drains, etc. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams to effectively perform installation tasks. Ensuring all installations are carried out following safety regulations and company policies. Providing cost estimates for installation services, as well as suggesting appropriate fixtures based on customers' preferences and budget. Collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure all customer queries and concerns regarding installation are resolved in a timely manner. Keeping thorough records of all services provided, including details of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Regularly updating knowledge of new installation techniques, equipment, and safety procedures in the field of bathroom installation. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience in bathroom and shower installation, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the principles and practices in plumbing, specifically in the installation of bathroom and shower systems. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently. Proven customer service skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Must hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to different job sites.
