Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated team member for our Service Center Support Department. This candidate will be part of the Growth and Quality Team, responsible for service center compliance with respect to daily operation and adherence to regulatory rules. This would include ownership of compliance-based tickets and emails relating to service centers, ensuring they are addressed with prompt resolution and a long term improvement plan. This role will be responsible for regular site inspections of service centers in a designated area as well as regular interaction with state regulators, clients and service centers regarding mutual concerns or tasks. They will also be responsible for the oversight and tracking of ongoing compliance initiatives, as well as short-term projects relating to specific jurisdictional issues.

This candidate must reside in the state of Kansas, as a significant portion of duties are in relation to the Kansas footprint and the State’s regulatory requirement to have an operational POC reside in the state.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inter-department regulatory compliance tickets to address service center issues and/or deficits.
  • Compliance-based project tracking and oversight of both short and long term initiatives.
  • Daily communication with clients, state regulators and service centers to coordinate the resolution of a compliance issue or need. This to include but not limited to technical review of PLUS and/or equipment, appointment scheduling, follow-up and documentation of outcome.
  • Facilitate initiatives involving written or physical collateral such as memos, signs and other compliance based products.
  • Oversee the Disaster Response Channel, tracking severe weather and other emergency events impacting service centers.
  • Regular site inspections for mandatory compliance and quality check-ins.
  • Assist as needed with service center training and/or the sourcing of new locations.
  • Manage quarterly review and outreach of dormant locations.
  • Assist Legal and other Depts with obtaining client documents and otherwise assisting with escalated concerns involving a service center.

Skills/Abilities

Experience and Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and daily computer navigation is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review, interpret, and communicate technical and compliance-related requirements, specific to the installation and operation of the ignition interlock and its related PLUS Client software.
  • Experience providing direction, instruction, or coaching; ability to "speak the language" of service center technical operations to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Proven customer service experience with a focus on de-escalation techniques and quality of service.
  • Maintain a professional & empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in fast paced and high emotion situations.
  • Ability to provide weekend support as needed to meet and address urgent issues.
  • Ability to self-manage recurring tasks and projects, adhering to established cadence and deadlines.
  • Professional communication through both written and spoken channels.

Education And Experience

  • Experience building positive relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
  • High School Diploma preferred
