SERVICE
- Exhibits/delivers timely, thorough, consistent, clear, and effective communication to all internal Company stakeholders and employees as well as providers, medical directors, or client representatives;
- Provide guidance and influence over designated field ops service teams;
- Build and lead a high performance workplace culture that contributes to a high level of employee satisfaction, employee retention, and client satisfaction;
- Accountable for the delivery of practice management services consistent with our basic contractual obligations as established with hospital clients and providers;
- Establish and execute on shared goals and related strategic priorities with client service teams, central office departments, physicians and Hospital client representatives;
- Develop and maintain highly effective and collaborative partnership relationships with key client representatives and industry leaders;
- Facilitate a high level of effective collaboration with central office department leaders;
- Proactive in any and all problem avoidance initiatives; Diligent oversight, direction, and leadership on the new client on-boarding process;
- Accountable for hospital client satisfaction & retention;
- Responsible to work collaboratively and effectively with Physician leadership counterparts (along with other department representatives) to develop, deploy, and maintain training, mentorship, and leadership development programs sufficient to ensure a high level of performance and retention of our appointed practice Medical Directors;
- Responsible to contribute to the effective operation of Recruiting, Scheduling, and Credentialing personnel, systems, and processes;
- Define program scope, workstreams, and execution approach in collaboration with executive leadership, particularly in environments where requirements may not be fully defined.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Lead and drive cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and forward progress across stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in execution plans and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners, including consultants and vendors, as applicable.
- Support evaluation and coordination of operational processes, systems, and vendor solutions required to enable program objectives.
- Identify resource needs across impacted functions and support planning efforts to align staffing and operational capacity with initiative requirements.
- Frame key decisions, tradeoffs, and recommendations for executive stakeholders to enable timely and effective decision-making.
- Establish and lead governance structures, including working sessions, program reviews, and executive update meetings.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of program plans, decisions, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor program performance against defined milestones and adjust execution plans as needed to ensure delivery.
- Appropriately escalate risks, issues, or decisions that may impact timelines or outcomes to executive leadership.

Scope Of Responsibilities & Reporting Relationship
- Reports to: Head of FP&A
- Responsible for reporting to SCP as well as Joint Venture partner leadership
- College Degree Required
- Master’s Degree (MBA/MHA) Preferred
- PMI or PMP certification a plus
- Hospital operations experience preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of leadership and management responsibility in the operation of a healthcare company
- Preference for some consulting and/or project management experience
- Psychological Stress/Pressure levels are moderate to high
- Schedule
- Typical hours are Monday through Friday normal business hours. Adjustments to schedule may include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
- Travel is required with overnight stays
