Scout & Scoop is a growing pet waste removal company serving Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding communities. We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated team member who takes pride in providing exceptional service and representing our company professionally.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for increased hours and potential advancement into a full-time role as our company continues to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of our team.

What You'll Do:

• Drive a company vehicle to scheduled client locations
• Remove pet waste from residential properties
• Use a smartphone app for routing, navigation, and service completion
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Scout & Scoop

Requirements You Must:

✅ Have a valid driver's license

✅ Have a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements

✅ Successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record review, where permitted by law

✅ Be comfortable using GPS and smartphone applications

✅ Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

✅ Be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions

✅ Be comfortable working around dogs of all breeds and sizes

✅ Have the ability to manage time effectively and complete assigned routes independently

✅ This position requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Compensation & Benefits

💲 Starting Pay: $18 per hour
