Receptionist – Law Firm
We are seeking a professional, experienced, and motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our client’s busy law firm. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and able to provide outstanding service in a fast-paced office environment. This is an in-office position.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, identifying caller needs and routing appropriately.
Greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage and maintain the conference room calendar, including scheduling and reservations.
Coordinate with Office Services to ensure conference rooms are properly set up.
Arrange catering for client and firm meetings as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Provide administrative support and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a professional office environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized in a busy setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $40,000, commensurate with experience.
