The Role
As a Technical Sales Engineer, youโll be the technical backbone of the sales team, helping customers understand how solutions solve their toughest security challenges. Youโll work closely with prospects, partners, and internal teams to drive pre-sales engagements, conduct technical deep dives, and ensure customers see the full value of our platform.
What Youโll Be Doing
โ Engaging with enterprise and industrial customers to understand their security challenges and demonstrate our solutions.
โ Leading technical pre-sales discussions, POCs, and product demos.
โ Working with network security teams to architect solutions that fit into complex environments.
โ Acting as a trusted advisor, translating customer needs into technical solutions.
โ Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive business growth.
What You Bring
๐น Deep expertise in network security โ firewalls, IDS/IPS, segmentation, and beyond OR Coming from a technical background e.g. Network Engineering.
๐น 5 Years within a customer facing position from a Cyber Security vendor.
๐น Experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role.
๐น Ability to explain complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
๐น Self-starter mentality โ you thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment.
