Are you in Technical Sales looking for a role where you can take ownership of your own patch, and scale accounts where you will greatly increase your earnings through an uncapped commission structure?
This role offers a balanced mix of business development and account management within a well-established manufacturing business. You will be working with a range of customers across multiple key industries, building long-term relationships and supporting them with tailored engineering solutions.
The company is continuing to expand within its niche and is looking for someone who can contribute to that growth while developing into a key member of the sales team. Full product and industry training will be provided to support your progression.
You will have the opportunity to travel across the US, meeting clients and supporting a variety of projects. The role gives you ownership of your accounts, from initial engagement through to ongoing relationship management.
This position would suit a sales professional who understands technical products or manufacturing environments and is looking for a role with autonomy and long-term development.
The Role:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to long-term account management
- Travel up to 40% across the US, with potential for international travel if desired
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, and medical
- Prepare quotations, manage RFQs, and support contract negotiations
The Candidate:
- B2B Sales experience within a manufacturing or technical environment
- A technical background, education or hands-on industry experience
- Comfortable developing new business and managing existing accounts
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
