The Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a critical role at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success. You’ll partner with enterprise fintech and financial services clients, helping them understand, adopt, and maximize the value of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in discovery, demos, and technical presentations.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using the platform’s capabilities.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects, ensuring smooth technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape solutions for client requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding best practices for compliance, integration, and workflow.
• Provide feedback from the field to influence product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role (preferably within SaaS, fintech, regtech, or compliance solutions).
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS workflows, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable running demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts with enterprise customers.
• Experience in financial services, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
• Based in NYC
