The Role
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-ambition SaaS environments and is energized by coaching sellers, building scalable sales processes, and winning new business. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of this company's AI engine and influence how the world’s most innovative sales organizations leverage AI.
What You’ll Do & Achieve
- Lead, coach, and elevate a team of high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives, driving consistency and excellence across the full sales cycle.
- Own the MM revenue number, consistently delivering against monthly and quarterly targets.
- Support sellers in active deals, joining customer calls, advising deal strategy, and helping remove blockers.
- Refine playbooks, pipeline management, and forecasting to drive predictable, scalable results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Exec leadership to optimize GTM motions and customer experience.
- Use data to drive decisions—ensuring CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance insights.
- Hire and develop top talent, building a world-class sales org as we scale.
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars, serving as a thought leader in the AI revenue acceleration space.
- Help shape our product and messaging, bringing customer feedback directly into roadmap and positioning discussions.
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with 2 years in a closing-team leadership / people management role.
- Track record of leading high-performing Mid-Market teams to hit or exceed quota in fast-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, multithreading, and selling into revenue organizations (Sales, RevOps, Enablement, etc.).
- Experience with AI, productivity, or workflow automation is a major plus.
- Expert seller-coach—you know how to lift team performance through real-time deal support, skill development, and cultural leadership.
- Data-driven, organized, and excellent at forecasting and pipeline management.
- Motivated by building—comfortable operating in ambiguity, iterating rapidly, and creating structure where needed.
