🚀 Enterprise Sales Executive – US (AI powered Fintech / Regtech solutions)
To $325,000 OTE 50/50, plus stock options and benefits
Location: East coast, NYC area ideally
We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-powered RegTech / FinTech company that’s transforming the way Banks, Trading Firms, Hedge Funds and Financial Services businesses of all types are able to deliver compliance and conduct oversight.
Backed by leading investors, they’re now expanding their US team — and looking for an experiences Enterprise Sales Executive to help further grow their presence in the US region.
This role is focused on selling solutions that enable banks and financial institutions of all types, to ensure compliance with relevant US regulations from the likes of the SEC, OCC, FDIC etc.
This is an incredible opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial salesperson, to join a well-funded VC backed start-up that has been recognised as one of the hottest FinTech/RegTech start-ups on the planet!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the entire sales process — from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and close.
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through outbound engagement and networking.
- Map complex buying groups and tailor messaging to senior decision-makers in the Financial Services sector
- Clearly communicate the value and ROI of an AI-driven compliance solution.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Consistently hit (and exceed) sales targets.
What You’ll Bring
- 7 years of experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions to banking / financial services customers.
- Confident managing complex, multithreaded, consultative sales cycles.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude — comfortable working independently in a fast-moving start-up.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organised, coachable, and hungry to grow
