Saxophone Instructor- Scottsdale Studio of Music

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Saxophone Instructor who can teach beginner through intermediate (and ideally advanced) students in a fun, motivating, and structured way. If you love helping students find their sound and grow as musicians, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach private saxophone lessons focused on tone, breathing, reading, and style
• Work with students across genres (jazz, classical, pop, etc.)
• Customize lessons based on student goals
• Prepare students for recitals and performance opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in saxophone and solid understanding of technique and style
• Teaching experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for inspiring musical growth in students
• Bachelor of Music or equivalent teaching experience
