About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Assistant Manager to help keep our studio running smoothly and our online presence shining. This is a part-time, paid position (just 4 hours a week!) Perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and content creation.
You’ll help with a mix of studio operations and marketing magic — things like managing schedules, supporting our instructors, posting on social, and keeping our community in the loop with fun updates and emails.
What You’ll Do
Keep the studio schedule running like clockwork
Help coordinate staff and make sure everyone feels supported
Greet and connect with clients to keep our friendly atmosphere alive
Create and post content for our Instagram, Facebook, and stories
Write and design email newsletters and promos for classes & events
Snap photos and short videos during classes or events (no pro camera needed — your phone works great)
Brainstorm creative marketing ideas to help our community grow
Pitch in with admin tasks like inventory or member communication
What We’re Looking For
A people person with great communication and organization skills
Someone who loves social media, email marketing, and a good playlist
Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Mailchimp is a plus
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others feel amazing
A creative eye and positive energy
Ability to work independently and remotely when needed
Experience in fitness or wellness settings is a bonus, not a must
