We're a growing residential construction company seeking a reliable
and organized team member to support our operations. This role
combines office administration with hands-on logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
Microsoft Office work including Word, Excel, and email correspondence
General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone support
Picking up supplies from vendors and delivering materials to job sites
Coordinating with managers and field teams
Maintaining organized records and documentation
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Comfortable working both in office and in the field
