About the Role:
Competitive pay: $22–$32/hour depending on experience and leadership ability
We’re looking for a hands-on HVAC Foreman who can lead a crew through commercial duct installation, manage field operations, and jump in on install work when needed. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication, and the ability to keep a team focused, safe, and productive.
You’ll work closely with project managers, installers, and other trades to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to Scott Systems’ quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, stays steady under stress, and is committed to helping their crew succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise HVAC installers on commercial projects
- Interpret mechanical drawings and provide clear direction to the crew
- Perform hands-on installation of ductwork when needed
- Coordinate with other trades to maintain project schedule
- Ensure jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards
- Conduct quality checks and resolve onsite issues
- Communicate clearly with project coordinator and superintendent
- Train and support installers to help them grow
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Skills
- Experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork ?
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment
- Ability to measure, cut, and assemble duct systems accurately
- Understanding of air distribution systems and mechanical codes

Eligible full-time employees (average of 30 hours/week) receive the following benefits after completing a 60-day probationary period:
