About the Role:

Competitive pay: $22–$32/hour depending on experience and leadership ability

We’re looking for a hands-on HVAC Foreman who can lead a crew through commercial duct installation, manage field operations, and jump in on install work when needed. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent communication, and the ability to keep a team focused, safe, and productive.

You’ll work closely with project managers, installers, and other trades to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to Scott Systems’ quality standards. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, stays steady under stress, and is committed to helping their crew succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC installers on commercial projects
• Interpret mechanical drawings and provide clear direction to the crew
• Perform hands-on installation of ductwork when needed
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain project schedule
• Ensure jobsite safety and enforce OSHA standards
• Conduct quality checks and resolve onsite issues
• Communicate clearly with project coordinator and superintendent 
• Train and support installers to help them grow

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical Skills
• Experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork ?
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation practices
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment
• Ability to measure, cut, and assemble duct systems accurately
• Understanding of air distribution systems and mechanical codes

Eligible full-time employees (average of 30 hours/week) receive the following benefits after completing a 60-day probationary period:
