Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
