Job Description
We are looking for a Fleet Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect & Diagnose – Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Repairs & Maintenance – Perform oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, and engine diagnostics.
- Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate service records in computer-based systems.
- Safety Compliance – Ensure vehicles meet all safety and regulatory standards.
- Parts Management – Order and replace worn or damaged parts.
- Collaboration – Work with drivers and fleet managers to address concerns.
Qualifications:
- Age & Tools – Must be 21 and have own tools. Prior Experience is a PLUS.
- Licensing – CDL required or willingness to obtain.
- Screening – Must pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
