Role Description:
At Scott Manufacturing, LLC we pride ourselves on building, maintaining, and restoring equipment. We are actively seeking the right candidate to become a long-term member of our maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for preventative maintenance and refurbishment of existing plant equipment/facilities.
Role Objectives:
· Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and record the work completed.
· Dismantle/refurbish machinery and replace defective parts.
· Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
· Fabricates and welds a wide variety of metal structures.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic systems.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
Preferred:
· 2 years’ experience with machining and/or welding (Arc, Mig, or Tig)
