Responsibilities
-Prospect and generate new commercial insurance leads
-Develop and maintain relationships with business clients
-Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
-Prepare and present insurance proposals
-Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
-Previous sales experience preferred but not required
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
-Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
-Property & Casualty (P&C) license (or willingness to obtain)
-Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
