Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and agency-provided leads
- Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend protection solutions
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
- Cross-sell coverage to strengthen household protection
- Follow up consistently to build trust and long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Requirements
- Highly motivated and competitive personality
- Confident communicator comfortable making outbound calls
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Driven to meet goals and improve performance
- Strong discipline and follow-up habits
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license
