I am working with a well known glass ang glazing company in the SE who is actively looking to bring on a PM in Charlotte, NC. As a big player in the Southeast, they are seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to lead their prestigious glass and glazing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management for commercial storefront, curtain wall, and related glass and glazing projects.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project objectives.
- Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to project teams, encouraging collaboration and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the glass and glazing industry.
- Strong project management background with a focus on commercial storefront and curtain wall projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.
Salary:
Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
