Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout, with direct accountability for cost, schedule, and execution. This role works in close partnership with the Superintendent to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and commitments met. Success in this role requires ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing control of the details.
What You’ll Own
You will run projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout with responsibility for outcomes.
- Own end-to-end project delivery
- Control budgets, forecasts, contingencies, and change orders
- Administer owner and subcontractor contracts
- Build, maintain, and enforce CPM schedules
- Drive RFIs, submittals, procurement, and documentation
- Lead weekly owner, architect, and contractor meetings
You’ll work in lockstep with the Superintendent to keep the field staffed, supplied, and moving.
Qualifications
This position requires a demonstrated history of stability and ownership. These are non-negotiable and candidates must meet all requirements to be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years with a commercial general contractor
- Currently employed, with a consistent work history and limited job changes
- Experience leading projects in the $5M–$10M range
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

- $130,000–$140,000 base salary (DOE)
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance with gas card
- Annual bonus eligibility (1–15%)
