In this role, you will be responsible for driving the plant’s strategic direction through engineered solutions and effective project execution. This is a DIRECT HIRE role that is available immediately. Responsibilities:Lead plant projects with a focus on equipment reliability, maintainability, safety, and uptimeManage projects end-to-end: scope, planning, scheduling, cost tracking, execution, and closeoutPartner closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production to ensure projects support long-term asset performanceSpecify and evaluate equipment, materials, and contractors with lifecycle cost and maintainability in mindDevelop capital requests, budgets, schedules, and leadership presentationsOversee contractors and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality executionEnsure smooth project handoff to Maintenance, including documentation, training, and spare parts alignmentSupport safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all project phasesIdentify and mitigate technical, schedule, and reliability risks Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent project experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience leading equipment-focused projects in coordination with Maintenance teamsStrong understanding of industrial equipment, installations, and plant operationsProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office toolsMaintenance or Reliability Engineering backgroundExperience with asset lifecycle management, equipment upgrades, or reliability improvementsVendor and contractor management experience in an industrial settingFamiliarity with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCompany DescriptionLEAD is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
