We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix market. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project delivery.
The ideal candidate has successfully managed commercial projects ranging from $25M to $80M and thrives in fast-paced environments requiring strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, procurement tracking, and forecasting
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and billing processes
- Coordinate closely with field operations teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor project financial performance and maintain profitability goals
- Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, budget, and constructability
- Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects valued at $25M
- Strong financial management and forecasting experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and construction management software
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
