We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget compliance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction planning to closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure quality and timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress, budget, and schedule updates, to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Construction management experience, with at least 3 years in multifamily residential projects.
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
