We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex ground-up healthcare construction projects in Charleston, SC. This role offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and objectives.
- Lead subcontractor and vendor management, ensuring work meets quality standards, schedule requirements, and safety protocols.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project logs.
- Foster a professional, collaborative, and safety-focused culture among all project teams.
- Communicate consistently with clients, field teams, and company leadership to provide updates and resolve issues efficiently.
