JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Superintendent will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of varying ground up Commercial Construction. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for project quality control, subcontractor coordination, daily logs/project documentation, safety, and inspections.
SELECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and Company safety program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent within Ground Up Commercial Construction.
- Proficient with relevant construction technology; Procore experience a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
