Mark Turner Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with comprehensive knowledge of construction processes who can effectively lead jobsite operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all regulations
- Prepare and maintain daily reports
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency with computers, reporting tools, online collaboration, and scheduling systems
- 5–10 years of on-site construction experience preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- CQC certification preferred
