Job Description:
This individual is responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the rental department. This includes monitoring departmental revenue and expenses. This individual will also coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments of the dealership to best serve the needs of the customer and employees. Responsibilities also include trafficking all equipment on and off premises and increasing rental revenue through customer care and acquisition.
Qualifications:Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written, verbal
Sales mentality and customer service oriented
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, as well as the ability to learn company-wide database systems
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Valid drivers license and insurance
Must be able to drive for extended periods of time
Experience in the construction equipment industry preferred
