Scott Electric has a current opening at our Hagerstown, MD, branch for an Outside Electrical Salesperson.
Responsibilities:
- Meet face-to-face and over the phone with a diverse range of customers
- Serve a customer base that includes electrical, mechanical, and general contractors, as well as industry, government agencies, municipalities, and building supply markets
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electrical products
- Basic computer skills
- Market-oriented sales approach for an electrical distributor
- Good communication skills
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred:
- Previous electrical sales experience
Must submit to a background check and drug testing
