We have an immediate need for an LEAD HVAC Installer for Residential Retrofit / Changeout installations to lead a 2 man crew.

We are a Trane factory authorized dealer and offer paid training for industry certifications.

Job Title: HVAC Installer

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience Spiffs & Bonuses

What you will be doing:

• Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards
• Residential Retrofit / change out installs
• Installing
  • Refrigerant pipe
  • Gas and electric furnaces
  • Heat pumps etc.
• Troubleshooting installs
• providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
• Supervise the work of other installers and teach proper procedures
• Consult with customer and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
• Ensure jobs are completed timely

Qualifications / Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• Lead Install experience desired
• EPA Universal Certificate
• NATE Certifications or obtain during employment
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Able to train and supervise others
• General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
• High school diploma or its equivalent
