What You'll Do
- Learn residential and light commercial HVAC installation
- Assist with installing heating and air conditioning systems
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Learn proper installation techniques, brazing, ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical wiring, and system startup
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work alongside experienced lead installers every day
This Job Isn't for Everyone

- Can work in hot attics during the summer and cold weather during the winter
- Can work in crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and other challenging environments
- Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys working with their hands

- Is willing to work overtime when needed during our busy season
- Wants to build a long-term career—not just collect a paycheck
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and safely use power tools
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus—but not required
