We are currently seeking Legal Assistants to join our Litigation team full-time in our Hatboro, PA office.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and assemble all legal documents
  • Process incoming legal documents
  • Obtain legal documents from court websites
  • Assist with docket management
  • Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers
  • Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings
  • Generate and track all judgment documents
  • Enter all applicable information into the firm's case management system
  • 2 years of administrative or legal support experience preferred


Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of legal principles and legal terminology.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
  • Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to work with databases and Adobe PDF documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality professionally.
  • Qualified candidates must be energetic, reliable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize to meet goals, and possess good problem-solving skills.

The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
