• Manage program budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize operational efficiency
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and service providers to enhance support networks
• Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, progress notes, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Coordinate behavioral health interventions and support plans to promote positive behaviors and emotional well-being
• Lead team meetings, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth

Requirements

• Proven management experience in program or team supervision
• Prior administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and compliance tracking
