Position Summary: Entry Level B2B Sales Representative

We’re hiring a highly motivated Entry Level B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to launch a career in sales, leadership, or account management, this is your opportunity. In this role, you'll meet directly with local small to mid-sized businesses, offer value-driven solutions, and build long-term partnerships that drive long-term client retention.

Responsibilities

  • Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
  • Deliver consultative product presentations and close deals
  • Build and manage a personal book of business
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize the client experience
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals with full support from leadership
  • Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and follow-through

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive, and coachable attitude
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing, performance-driven environment
  • Reliable transportation recommended but not required
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!

Compensation & Schedule

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift
  • Pay: $55,000–$75,000 annually (based on performance)
  • Location: Hybrid — remote and in-person work in Providence, RI (02909)
