Your Training Path
Week 1: Scotlynn University: Learn the fundamentals of logistics, company tools, and industry terminology.
Weeks 2–32: Mentorship: Shadow a successful Senior Account Manager while handling shipments, building relationships, and learning negotiation techniques. Work a Saturday shift 8am-12pm bi-weekly to assist booking weekend freight, development and operations.
Weeks 15–35: Business Development: Begin prospecting new clients, managing accounts, and progressing toward your first promotion. Declare commission and work Saturday shifts once a quarter from 8am-12pm.
