What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time After-School Daycare Worker position at Scotland Christian Academy?
We are looking for a patient, attentive Daycare Worker to care for children from ages 2-5 years. The daycare worker will be providing care, helping establish and enforce routines, and assist in providing a safe and clean environment. To be a successful daycare worker, the employee should be thorough and caring with an eye for detail. You should prepare to meet the physical demands of the position and have an understanding of the childhood development process. Experience preferred, but will train the right individual. The start date for the candidate that is hired will be on August 4, 2025.
Part-Time Afternoon Daycare Worker Requirements:
1. Eighteen (18) years of age and meet the requirements of the licensing agency.
2. Have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the school's program and philosophy.
3. Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children.
