Landscape Construction Driver Pay: $26–$29/hr DOE Benefits Location: Greater Seattle Area About the Role We need a reliable driver who can keep materials, equipment, and crews moving between job sites. This is not a sit-in-the-truck-all-day position. You’ll haul, load, unload, prep, and support the field teams so jobs stay on schedule. If you take pride in staying organized, communicating clearly, and showing up every day ready to work, you’ll be a good fit. Why You’ll Love Working Here Year-round, full-time work—no seasonal layoffs Build stunning hardscapes with stone, steel, concrete, and wood Learn irrigation, drainage, and planting techniques Be part of a supportive team that values integrity and excellence What You’ll Do Safely pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites Load and unload materials safely (you must be hands-on) Work alongside the crew on installations and construction projects Maintain tools, equipment, and adhere to safety standards Contribute to creating beautiful, lasting landscapes What We’re Looking For Experience: 2 years operating non-CDL dump trucksExperience: 2 years in landscape construction (not maintenance) License: Valid WA driver’s license, clean driving record Skills: Organized, reliable, problem-solver, team player Physical Ability: Lift 80 lbs, work outdoors in all weather Attitude: Hard-working, punctual, eager to learn Who This Job Is NOT For People who can’t manage time People who are uncomfortable backing trailers People who resist physical work People who can’t communicate where they are and what they’re doing People who bounce from job to job People who think this is landscape maintenanceWe run a steady, professional operation — we need someone who matches that. Benefits Competitive pay: $26–$29/hr DOE Paid Time Off & Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with company match Annual merit and cost-of-living raises Ready to grow with us?
