About the Role
As the Project Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the growth of franchise brands. In this role, you’ll help coordinate the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, working closely with internal teams and external clients to keep tasks organized and moving forward.
You’ll track project progress, submit task requests, and help resolve roadblocks to keep work on schedule. This role offers a strong opportunity to build project management skills while contributing to meaningful work that supports real businesses.
What your success will look like
- Execute tasks related to client requests and projects, including pre-launch activities such as content carryover, cataloging existing site information, and submitting internal tasks.
- Manage multiple tasks and small projects simultaneously, prioritizing work based on urgency and importance to ensure timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to gather information, identify appropriate owners, and ensure tasks and projects move forward efficiently.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating requirements to support effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Provide clear updates to clients on project progress, timelines, task status, and potential challenges while partnering with stakeholders such as CMOs and VPs of Marketing for franchise brands to gather requirements.
- Maintain visibility into all brand requests, serving as the source of truth for task status while submitting and tracking internal requests such as product bugs, feature requests, and LSS tasks.
Who you are and what you bring
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience
- 1-2 years experience in task management, customer service, or project management related roles.
- Experience with Monday.com or other task-tracking tools is a plus.
- Skills

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary range is $56,000 (entry-level) - $62,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
- The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
