Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires strong leadership skills to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring effective HR practices are in place.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA, and other employment and labor laws.
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations issues and conflict management processes to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on HR sourcing, organization design, and training & development programs.
- Conduct employee evaluations and facilitate succession planning to ensure talent management continuity.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP for efficient data collection and payroll processing.
- Lead program management efforts for various HR initiatives including change management and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align human capital management strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making processes regarding workforce planning and budgeting.
Skills
- Proficient in employment & labor law, negotiation, and conflict management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations and interpersonal interactions at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with various HR technologies including Oracle HCM, Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, ATS systems, and Dayforce.
- Proven experience in performance management, employee evaluation, training & development, and benefits administration.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for strategic planning purposes.
