Scorah Marketing Group is looking for Spanish-speaking Sales Representatives to help customers throughout the Tampa Bay area explore internet and wireless services that fit their needs.
You do not need previous telecom or sales experience to apply. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on development to help you succeed.
Compensation & Growth
- Guaranteed hourly pay of $15/hour, with the opportunity to earn higher compensation through our performance-based commission structure.

What You'll Do
- Engage with Spanish- and English-speaking customers inside assigned retail locations.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate internet and wireless services.
- Explain products, promotions, and service options.
- Complete accurate customer enrollments.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Spanish communication skills for customer conversations.
- Practical conversational English sufficient to participate in training and team meetings, use company systems, and assist English-speaking customers when needed.
- Friendly and confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Wireless or telecom experience is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling based on candidate availability and business needs.
Our standard schedule consists of four weekdays plus Saturday, generally 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with Sundays off.
Required team meetings are held Monday and Friday from 9:00–10:00 AM.
Location
This is an in-person position serving retail locations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Interviews, orientation, and team training are conducted at our Valrico office.
