Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable talking with new people? Scorah Marketing Group is looking for individuals to join our retail sales team representing leading internet and wireless services throughout the Tampa Bay area.
No previous telecom or sales experience is required. We provide training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on support to help you develop your sales skills and grow within the company.
Compensation & Growth
- Guaranteed hourly pay of $15/hour, with the opportunity to earn higher compensation through our performance-based commission structure.
- Additional weekly performance bonus opportunities are available.

What You'll Do
- Engage with customers inside assigned retail locations.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate internet and wireless services.
- Explain current products, promotions, and service options.
- Complete accurate customer enrollments.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing product training, coaching, and team development.
- Represent our company and carrier partners professionally.

Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling based on candidate availability and business needs.
Our standard schedule consists of four weekdays plus Saturday, generally 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, with Sundays off.
Required team meetings are held Monday and Friday from 9:00–10:00 AM.
Location
This is an in-person position with assignments at retail locations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Interviews, orientation, and team training are conducted at our Valrico office.
