The Role

Scorability is growing quickly, and we're looking for an in-house Graphic & Marketing Designer to help shape what the brand looks and feels like as we scale.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to bring campaigns, customer stories, events, websites, and other initiatives to life. From social graphics and presentations to landing pages and one-pagers, you'll create the assets that athletes, coaches, and customers see every day.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You’ll have the opportunity to help us define how the Scorability and Ryzer brands evolve, build the design systems that help the company move faster, and make a visible impact across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design websites, landing pages, one-pagers, presentations, social content, emails, event materials, and other marketing assets.
• Help define and evolve the Scorability and Ryzer brands to our customers: athletes and their families, college coaches, and high school/club coaches.
• Turn ideas, campaigns, customer stories, and product launches into compelling visual experiences.
• Care about the quality of your work and always look to do more than “just go through the motions” as you approach your work, peers, and our customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Use AI and modern design tools to create great work efficiently–build reusable systems to help others move faster.
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  
  
  

Experience We’re Seeking

• A portfolio you’re proud of–one that speaks to what you’d be doing here.
• Several years of professional design experience, ideally in a fast-moving company, startup, or agency.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Experience with Canva, Figma, and AI-powered design tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of digital (web, social, email) and print (bleeds, color profiles, prepress), including how to prepare assets for production.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and hit deadlines.
• Genuine curiosity and a drive to push creative boundaries, not just execute briefs.
