Postion Overview
Seeking a dynamic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional service for both staff and customers. The Store Manager will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience, fostering a positive work environment, and driving operational excellence in our quick service restaurant (QSR) setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive team culture.
- Organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
- Manage and create shift schedules to meet business needs and support staff work-life balance.
- Oversee inventory and costs of goods sold to optimize profitability.
- Handle customer inquires and resolve issues to ensure satifaction.
- Support and implement company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store enviorment.
- Interviewing, hiring, train and developing new team members to build a strong, cohesive staff.
- Conducting ongoing product training sessions to ensure consistent drink quality and outstanding customer service standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- Previous QSR experience preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Outgoing, peronable, and committed to creating an amzaing for both staff and customers.
- Experience in managing and creating shift schedules.
- Understanding of costs of goods sold and inventory management.
- Flexible availability, including willingness to work weekends.
- Must be able to attend training for 2 weeks out of state.

- Competive base salary ranging from $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
