What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Scooter's Coffee?

This is an entry-level, part-time position with opportunity to grow into a full-time position and earn higher income through raises and bonuses.
As a Brand Ambassador, approximately 50%-75% of your time will be spent at our store in the beginning. You'll engage with customers by taking orders, working our Drive-Thru window, and sampling our products. Once you're proficient, you'll train your co-workers the skills needed to become a Brand Ambassador; how to represent our brand, resolve conflicts, solve problems, interact with customers and make their experience, 2nd to none in the QSR space.
The other 25% o 50% of your time will include, hosting events at our stores, representing Scooter's Coffee at local community functions (Chamber breakfasts, Good Friday events, etc.), helping to launch quarterly campaigns and ensure all marketing collateral meets brand standards. You'll also manage our social media and community engagement, as well as participate in strategy sessions with upper management increase store performance.

- People who either are college graduates, are working towards a college degree or desire to earn their college degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or Public Relations. Or people with at least 1 year of experience in these fields.
