• Title: Safety Manager
• Full Time, Direct Hire

Background Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
• Experience reducing injury, MOD, or DART rates
• OSHA 10 or BS in Occupational Safety preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Bi-lingual in English & Spanish highly preferred (But not required)

Job Responsibilities
• Lead safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, audits, and training programs across multiple facilities
• Support, lead, and develop safety committees while driving a strong safety culture
• Investigate incidents, monitor DART/TRIR data, manage corrective actions, and communicate safety metrics company-wide
• Ensure policies meet federal/state regulations and work with insurance adjustors, inspectors, and local agencies
